This incense evokes the fragrance of the air after a rainstorm, up beyond the shaded canyon to the rocky mesa. Rock and sand spend six months relentlessly baking in the sun, when an unexpected summer rain releases this essence.

19 Candles was part of an ancient Celtic ritual marking the beginning of Spring and used an invocation of healing. This ritual and meaning is carried over into 19 Candles brand's incense as well.
